Upper Coomera, 4209

Mark & Victoria decided to make the move from Geelong to sunny Gold Coast, but needed help finding their perfect family home. Having 3 children they were very clear on their brief and due to Mark’s work they wanted to be closer to Brisbane for travel purposes. After only 3 weeks we were able to find them a brand new home, with a swimming pool, large 854m2 block and at the north end of the GC which was perfect. We spent 2 days negotiating and got a deal done under their budget and in time for their long 14 hour drive to Queensland.
